Yo... read more The sandwiches were burned around the edges. I think that was horrible to pay 5.99 for each impossible burger to have burgers that were not cooked correctly. You could clearly see that once you remove the buns, etc.. They should never have allowed the burned burgers to leave their establishment. They should have apologized and remade the sandwiches.

Sat in the drive thru for about 30mins after putting in my order. There was a bit of a line so I figured they were low on staff. I finally get to the window and... read more Sat in the drive thru for about 30mins after putting in my order. There was a bit of a line so I figured they were low on staff. I finally get to the window and had to to repeat my order to confirm, weird but fine. I pay, and they ask me to pull up and they’ll bring the food out to me. So that means for whatever reason, my food wasn’t cooking when I ordered. Ok well I’ll wait, I just paid after all. I sat there for about 15-20 more minutes and watch 4 cars behind me receive their food and leave without issue. Fed up, I parked and went inside where there STILL was no food. I had to hang them my receipt and wait for another 5-10 minutes before FINALLY GETTING MY FOOD. Zero excuses, this store sucks. Not to mention, that kitchen is disgusting, the ceiling is falling down. Just awful

We were gree... read more Visited this location on Friday morning on the way to take my nephew to school and the ladies in the drive thru (Nya and Toni) were simply amazing. We were greeted with such a smile that you could hear through the speaker. When we arrived to the windows, Nya continued the the teams amazing service with a smile and ensuring complete satisfaction. We visited the location for lunch on the way home and my nephew, who's only 9, remembered the amazing service from the morning and remembered Toni's amazing service then and in that moment. We definitely appreciated this dynamic duos service. *And shout out to the kitchen team....the food was quick and hot both visits!!!!

I usually prefer to eat inside, but it’s often the case that the dining area is closed. Just last week, I tried to order at the drive-thru, only to be told that it was out of service and that I needed to go inside. When I entered, I encountered a large group of kids from a charter bus, which resulted in a long wait and left me feeling frustrated. Ultimately, I decided to leave without placing an order. In conclusion, while the food is good, there is a significant need for improvement in customer service and overall professionalism. The primary reason I continue to visit this location is the lack of dining options in the area. I truly hope that my feedback is taken into account.
