Came to enjoy the rooftop outdoor atmosphere. What real got me tall, lighter skin Manager was at the desk and as I'm talking to him he's ignoring me. I'm asking to sit there but instead of him answering me. He speaks to the host and tells her it's shutdown but mind you were all less than six feet away. Then she relys the message like I was invisible. Maybe because I'm black orfemaleor he just lacks professionalism. However he completely dismissed me. I thought that was extremely unprofessional comingfrom me a Manager over 20 plus years but anywho. We were seated quickly. No pressure to hurry up and order. Jessica was the hostshe was helpful knows the menu inside out but she's stretched to the limit. I ordered the Mommas and Local Beef meatballs. Localbeef was my favorite. However they were like room temperature tge cheese wasn't even slightly melted lacked a little salt.Ordered the Roni which was really good. The Dolce for a drink that was in a baby cup with an adult price and it was okay verypretty drink. My daughter ordered the baby gem that was a really large salad two could eat. The shrimp pasta it was good notgreat but good. The desert was a no. She ordered a coke that taste like a watered down diet coke. Sent it back and got a gingerale that was flat. I honestly think this is on purpose to stretch the soda. My sister had the Margherita pizza and my niece Iforgot but the both liked them. The pizza was the best. Valet parking so convenient the guys are nice and fast. Jessica chargedanother tables under to my card smh. Overall I didn't get the experience I wanted and to be honest the Manager or ownerwhichever lacks customer service skills. Probably won't return for a few reason. Food was overall okay nothing to run tell myfriends to go try.

~THE MEATBALL FLIGHT~ Tempted by the photos I found on the reviews, I decided had to try the flight myself. Nonna's currant was deliciously sweet on its own but paired so well with the decadent meat. The restaurant's namesake meatball was a close second butI would truly recommend trying the whole flight. My server was a delight and the $10 happy hour meals were an unexpected find.My only complaint, the pasta was good yet nothing special.

Hurts to give this place one star because they actually do food well, service they do not. This is one of the few places that has a rooftop and tonight marks the third time I’ve been in the last few weeks and the rooftop was “unavailable”. Therestaurant closes at 11:00 pm and we arrived at 9:15 pm, there were literally fireworks that would have been amazing to see fromthe rooftop but the team was trying to get the place closed early. Shame on the owner and manager for not doing a better job ofensuring this spot is well managed. If you want to experience Grana carry out or get it delivered there service team isfailing. Go across the street for burgers and the service surprisingly will be far superior.

We cane to Grana to try out the rooftop bar. It was closed for some reason so we got stuck upstairs where most of their 2 seat tables are next to a very dust air vent with spiderwebs hanging from it. I don't know why anyone in their right mind thinksanyone wants to see that while eating but ok. Service was pretty basic. We had to keep asking for refills which I hate becausethe server was more out than in. Drinks were pretty good when we could get one. The pasta was very overly chewy to me. Likewe were actually chewing gum or something. Also the pasta sauce for the spaghetti was not that tasty. Meatball flight was one ofthe things I enjoyed along with the mozzarella en carroza. They only advertise valet parking but I hate other people driving mycar so found out that you can actually park in the sprouts garage right next door.

Loved this place. Went out with colleagues and we got a lot of food. Their garlic bread is fantastic. You can tell the food was made with fresh ingredients too. We got a free dish, which was cool. The Brussels sprouts are sooo good. I think the sauceisn’t enough for the potatoes.
