Recently, I haven’t encountered any problems, and the quality has fully returned to the standard I expect. Previously, this location was just average and didn’t measure up to other Dunkin' stores. Over the past year, the quality had dropped noticeably. My coffees were either too weak or too bitter, unlike the consistent taste I’ve enjoyed elsewhere. The nitro cold brew was often served at room temperature and tasted more like water than coffee. The regular cold brew seemed like it was brewed from old grounds left over for a week. I’m still not sure what caused the decline, as this place used to be reliably good about a year ago. Overall, I’m glad to say things are looking up again!

A funny little detail I noticed was that some empty trays had labels showing what donuts used to be in them, but many trays that still had donuts didn’t have any labels at all. This left me saying, “I’ll have two of those, three of those, and one of that one.” Unfortunately, like many places nowadays, this Dunkin' was understaffed. Since my own workplace is also struggling with staffing, I understand why customers might get frustrated. I ended up buying half a dozen donuts for $8.47, which felt a bit pricey for just six donuts. Since I have a deep fryer at home, I’ve decided to try making donuts myself by following YouTube tutorials.
