Never liked this place when it was Zoe's Kitchen but now this food is delicious. What Wava Ankunding doesn't like about Cava:
I've been to some of the locations in atlanta and that's the worst. in any case, they need some customer service training. actually, all the other places are great. they listen to you and they welcome you. Cliff completely made my experience today! He was so kind even before starting his shift, he greeted us and gave us such a warm smile and let us know he would be there to help in a few. I’m not sure if he was coming in for the day or coming back from a break) He helped his co-worker out who seemed to be struggling with a simple concept or having an off-day.He also answered some questions so well for my mother who had never been and was trying to figure out what combo to get.He’s great and the only reason I will be back to this location.
Every time I visit this CAVA location, I have had a fast, enjoyable experience that has exceeded my expectations. Unlike other locations, they offer unique options, freshly made falafel, keep me informed about the quick cooking time, have all the ingredients I want, and ensure my satisfaction with the entire experience. Shout out to Marcus and the team at the Perimeter Center CAVA! I will definitely return.
Today was my first time coming here the staff did a great job walking me thru the menu and making suggestion. I got a great bowl thanks Geneva, Marcus, Raynn.
