Guy came to give us water and ran out after 3 of 4 glasses and said he would be back but never came. Crab cake as appetizer was very good. Ordered 3 burgers and 1 pretzel chicken. Waited a very long time for the meal during mid day when it was very light customer traffic. At one point waitress said it was one more minute. 12 minutes later here it comes but one burger comes without cheese and all are cooked medium well when one was supposed to be medium. To be honest these burgers tasted like they came from frozen Bubba burgers and were not very good. These were advertised as gourmet burgers with brisket and beef, but no where close to that. Manager came over to ask how everything was and we said service and food was subpar and he apologized. Waitress then offered a piece of banana cream pie for free but declined. Have to say we were very disappointed in both service and food quality overall and probably won’t ever come back.a real shame as this place was more a 4+ star place for us many years ago when we came.

Located just moments away from Lenox Mall in the ever-bustling Buckhead community, Buckhead Diner is a favorite for our family. We especially love their fried chicken, which we believe is the best in Atlanta. The restaurant also has an impressive kids' menu; my youngest son particularly enjoys the Little Diner’s offerings, which include delicious flash-fried chicken fingers. The talented pastry chefs at Buckhead Diner create an incredible dessert menu that truly astounds. My personal favorites are their famous white chocolate banana cream pie and the peaches and cream custard.
