Martin and his team at Hodson Bay Hotel provided an amazing dining experience from beginning to end. The staff was beautiful and friendly, offering delicious steaks and creamy brûlée for dessert. Wine tasting with Andres was highly recommended. The menu featured a fantastic tortellini, perfectly cooked mashed and seasoned vegetables, and creamy soup. The staff was accommodating and attentive, even catering to dietary restrictions. A birthday celebration was made special with complimentary Prosecco and dessert. A group of 20 enjoyed a perfect culinary experience, praising the friendly staff and delicious food. Overall, the restaurant comes highly recommended for its exceptional food and service.

Beautiful food and excellent service from Martin and his team. I enjoyed a fabulous seafood chowder, followed by seabass for my main course. Martin is hilarious and nothing was ever a problem. The only disappointment was that the gin was served in wine glasses rather than gin glasses, and it came without any fruit or juniper berries. Still, I look forward to returning again soon. Martin and his team delivered outstanding service. Our server, Sarah, was exceptionally attentive to our group of four adults and a baby. Despite the extra care required, we felt truly welcomed. The food was delicious, and they effortlessly accommodated the dietary restrictions of our party member with celiac disease. I highly recommend this restaurant.
We celebrated our mother’s birthday at L'escale and had an exceptional experience. The staff were outstanding, and the food was absolutely delicious. Our server, Timi, was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making our visit even more special. The elegant hotel setting added to the charm, and we only wished we had more time to explore the nearby Yew Point walkways.

Very decadent and impressive christmas dinner! We had an amazing time and the food was amazing. Will definitely do it again, highly recommend. Oreo coffee Cheesecake was my favorite! Fast and Friendly service too, constantly checking up if all was fine and food was served quickly even with a full house. Cost atmosphere too. 10/10
Lovely restaurant at a hotel. We had no reservation but we got a table as it wasn't too busy, and the staff was very helpful. We went for a dinner, and the food was delicious the lamb as well as the seabass. The atmosphere is also very cozy and romantic. I can only recommend this place if you are staying at a hotel or driving by
