Fresh flavours, bright colours, friendly service. Can’t recommend this place enough. We wanted a nutritious, vegan lunch and walked the 50 minutes or so from Athlone town centre for this delight. I had five salads (10 euro). My husband had the large falafel bowl (choice of three salads) with rice, falafel and hummus (11euro). Very soft delicious biscoff brownie (3.95 euro) to share, kombucha and coffee. Most of the salads are vegan. There is also a wrap option. Indoor and outdoor seating and plenty of free parking. Only open on some weekdays. Seems to be closed on weekends. Very friendly helpful staff. Fast service but they didn’t seem to mind us lingering. I think it closes at 3pm rather than the times stated on happy cow so maybe check before visiting. Updated from previous review on 2022 11 17
I tried the falafel wrap and a chai tea. The wrap was delicious.
Good wholesome and tasty food ideal for clean eating. There is always a good selection available on the menu and staff are always well informed on the nutritional elements in each meal. Highly recommend.

Absolutely deserves 5 stars! This is the best place I've been to in a long time. It offers incredible value and a wide selection. The coffee is delicious and incredibly affordable. Bring a friend today and you'll be amazed by the options. The portions are incredibly generous!
