All of our meat is sourced locally from Roscommon and Mullingar, certified Hereford beef that is dry-aged, and lamb from Connemara.

Enjoy five-star service with friendly, welcoming, and professional staff at this pricey but amazing steakhouse in Athlone. The seafood selection is unmatched, although the wait times can be lengthy. Some dishes may be unavailable, but the steak is a highlight - cooked perfectly on a wood charcoal grill. While not all experiences were positive, the chocolate fondant dessert and perfectly cooked steaks are definite crowd-pleasers. With a cozy atmosphere filled with tango music, this restaurant offers top-tier dining with great Irish steak prepared the Argentinian way. Overall, a must-visit spot in Athlone for steak lovers.
We had a lovely meal here. The steaks were outstanding. Very friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. Even the little dressing and add on bits that accompanied each course were delicious. Well worth a visit if you like good food served well.
Best Steaks we have in our 2 week holidays in Ireland. Very good, would give 6 stars if possible. Price is high but appropriate. If we are in town again we come back :

It was my first time trying 1810 and it was amazing! We came for our anniversary dinner and it was delicious. The lobster and seafood deserve a shoutout! The team are very welcoming and make the effort to make some conversation. Will definitely be back, wish I tried it sooner!
