During my last two visits to this location, I've experienced issues with my order. I always use the app to place my order and specifically request that the subs be toasted, but they haven't been toasted either time.
Third time coming to this location and still no one is here to take our order. No one is at the drive-thru, and I can't see anyone in the lobby either.
Last night, I stopped by for a sandwich on my way home from work, and I had a disappointing experience. The customer service provided by the two ladies working there was awful. It’s hard to believe that one of them is either a manager or a key holder. The woman who rang me up expressed her wish to close early to avoid last-minute customers, saying, “I wish I could have closed early so I don’t have to deal with last minute customers.” Excuse me, it was 9 PM and you close at 10! As someone in management myself, I would have fired them both. The music they were playing was completely inappropriate for a workplace, and their attitude was unprofessional. I will not be returning to that location.
I normally come to this location and the ladies are great with perfect experience. Came in today and they did not make my wrap like it’s made in every other one of the locations I ask them if they can fix it correctly and they talked to a person running the shift and she must have told them to scrape the melted cheese off and just reheat it because the wrap will get hard including the meat this order then just became to hard for the sandwich to be made when normal people would have just remade it finally I just gave up and decided to go somewhere else that would not scrap stuff off that’s melted and just fix it correctly.
Noticed new menu names and prebuilt samiches.....nice job, good ole subway to the rescue when your tired hungry and in a hurry, this particular location is always clean and friendly, just great service and great food
