I was in a... read more This was definitely the worst experience I've had at a Krystal. The staff seemed to be taking their time, and it took 10 minutes to receive my order. I was in a rush, so I couldn’t take it back, but I regret not doing so. There were no fries in my bag, and the Krystals were mushy and soggy—just awful. The only decent thing was the Coke. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone; it's best to go somewhere else.
