What Stephen Thomas doesn't like about Roma:
I gave 3 stars because usually the service is good but this last time. We sat down. Waitress took our drink order. Came back we said we needed one minute. And then she never came back lol. We gave the benefit of the doubt but there was only 4 people in therestaurant and 2 waitresses. The kicker for us was that the other 2 people were directly next to us. Roma's has the best Italian food I've ever eaten in Texas! There are so many dishes, and everyone is excellently prepared. But what my husband likes most is boss Adam. He is a joy and comes out to talk to the girls. Because we're such a small town, he always remembers us.
The owner is brilliant and food is masterful. So delicious! My favorite Italian place around!
I love this place romas is the best place to eat you will need to try the fettuccini alfredo mmmmm !!
