Kfc - Athens

KFC is always a good choice! This particular location is clean, well-staffed, and serves excellent, perfectly cooked food.

I placed an online order but was missing 4 biscuits. I called the restaurant and they said they would make a note of my name in a notebook so I could receive them with my next order. When I went back a week later, a rude thin Caucasian man insisted I go inside. Once inside, a woman couldn't locate my name in the disorganized notebook filled with names on every page. She apologized and said she couldn't find me. I would have been willing to purchase the 4 biscuits again if I had known I would be treated this way. It was a waste of time.

The food at this restaurant is average, but the service is terrible. When I went with friends, their meals were finished before I even received mine. The staff seemed more concerned with rushing orders to the drive-thru than completing their current tasks. Overall, the service was just terrible.

I have visited other KFC this one has the best C Strips. Bet chicken express any day. Good meat!!!!!

Typical KFC and the same food. If you've eaten at one KFC you've eaten at all of them. That being said, what separates each KFC is the cleanliness of the restaurant and the helpfulness and friendliness of its staff. The staff here at this location was friendly, helpful and courteous
