Although there were no other customers in line or seated, the place was fully staffed. We approached the counter, but no one came to take our order. After a quick trip to the restroom, I came back to find that my colleague still hadn't been acknowledged. I greeted the closest staff member, and while everyone smiled, not a single person offered any help. We felt quite unwelcome in their establishment. To make matters worse, I noticed a sign nearby that said "no colors." All we wanted was a simple cup of coffee.

I had to wait 30... read more I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. There were some noisy patrons, and one of the staff seemed distracted and forgot my order. I had to wait 30 to 45 minutes for mini bagels, which arrived only lukewarm. My wife was really frustrated, and our 2-year-old son cried throughout the meal. I sincerely hope the restaurant can make some improvements; it might be beneficial for them to consider how they can assist those in need right outside their doors. Thank you.
