I didn't plan on eating here, but the smell of cooking meat drew me inside. I didn't regret that decision. Kilo is an appropriate name, because you get a considerable amount of food for what you pay. Now, mind you, this isn't the type of place that serves Waygu, but the steak is excellent. This is where I go to scratch my beef itch now. View all feedback.
Absolutely amazing, you won't regret it! Service was great and food was mind blowing. Will definatly travel from the bronx back there soon.
Food and drinks are great!! Our waiter was very nice.
Took the family for a night out in Astoria and was in the mood for Brazilian food. Found this nice restaurant on Yelp and decided to take a chance. We chose to sit outside to enjoy the beautiful weather and proceeded to order some food. My Picanha was served on a cast-iron skillet and it was outstanding (would definitely order again)! Everyone else ordered something different and enjoyed their food. The overall consensus was the black beans were a little salty but everything was great, including the atmosphere and the waiter.Note that although the kids entrees are a little pricy compared to chain restaurants, the portions delivered would satisfy most adults! This restaurant comes highly recommended!
Our go-to Brazilian spot in the Ditmars Blvd area. (There are brazilian spots on the different avenues throughout Astoria)Came here several times with different friends and family and sometimes we order to go for family parties or to take home.Had the Coxinhas de frango, mandioca frita (fried yuca) frango passarinho (fried chicken), Pastel de carne o quiejo (identical to empanadas). For the meals:Chicken Marsala and on different occasions a few friends had the grilled steak and loved it. On another occasion had the Baked seasoned fish.Caipirinhas are delicious Maracuja (passion fruit) or Pineapple or regular caipirinha.Staff is polite, friendly and amicable.
