Decent food but geared to a captive, tourist audience. The staff seemed annoyed that a few table of guests (not just us) needed to eat and go and not sit leisurely waiting for check at end of meal. I'd suggest other options in town it was okay but not memorable.

This isn’t fine dining but the food was well prepared, served quickly and of appropriate temperature. It is a large establishment with a busy turnover so the servers were rushed, but friendly and accommodating. Restorable Minerva is worth the visit.
