Tried calling a few times... no one answers due to busyness, the voice mail says. Then just texted. Turns out this is the previous owner (father). At first he claimed that we opted for pickup, but I was able to prove this based on screenshots. Then got the count from the owner. Result staffed on. Result 2 hours later, no fries and 2 children going to bed without food (except a rusk). Wow what great service. Never again!!! I hope to get my money back and an extra. That's allowed.
