I had a terrible experience here that is sad because it has so much potential. I couldn't find any employees to confirm my reservation when I arrived. When I found someone, they tried to sit in a $250 cabana. we went to another table and it took an extraordinarily long time to get cocktails. our waiter was pleasant, but there is no chance that I would ever go back here. it is clear that there are zero management or direction for the personal. I don't usually write negative reviews, but I had to share that. Please note that this reservation is not for a table, but is for a $250 cabana in a loud, disorganized poolbar.

Great dach terrace, so much fun and great drinks! like most of our food, but the hummus was not too big. for sure raw chickpeas not roasted, had a strange taste. also very thick probably no tahini or hardly any, would be better serve sabre. no terrible spread, just not hummus. the waiter tried to calculate us $250 for our cabana we never requested. I did it. a bit insulted they tried to calculate for it (website also says cabana comes with drinks, dessert...etc, which we don't get what makes it even worse) it looks new and I'm sure it will be great with a little work and time.

Great. fun atmosphere. happy staff. overall, it was a great place to start our girl waking for a afternoon at the pool.

The restaurant was nearly empty when we arrived, but it took 5 minutes before we could find someone to seat us. Our drinks, including water and a bottle of champagne, took half an hour to arrive. It started raining and we had to repeatedly ask our server for napkins to wipe off our seats. Despite there being only one other party in our section, the service was incredibly slow. The only highlight was the pleasant view. The service did not meet the typical standards of a W restaurant.

The rooftop terrace offers a lively atmosphere with great drinks, though some food items, like the hummus, fell short. The staff was friendly, but there were issues with overcharging for a cabana. The view was fantastic, making it a perfect spot for a girls' weekend by the pool. While the service and food quality may need improvement, the potential for a great experience is evident with some adjustments. Overall, the setting and ambiance make it a promising place with room for growth.

The server named Ankit is the very best asset of this restaurant!!! I had breakfast here a number of days and the food is quite good... the atmosphere is good... AND... the service from Ankit was fantastic. The food look great each time however it looksso great I forgot to take a picture because I just dove in. As I was typing out this review, on kit walked over and said thechef made this dessert for me!!!

The food was good and Stephanie L was an excellent waitress, very happy with the service, the view is beautiful.

Please go somewhere else. This will not be good nor will it be convenient. Our table quote ran over. No one said anything so we checked. They said there was still only one person before us for the rooftop, but that they didn?t know how long it was going tobe. Then a server yelled at the host and he found two tables and came and got two other parties to seat on the roof. The serverthe asked us if we needed anything else, because we?d finished our drinks, and I explained we were now just waiting for ourtable. It became pretty clear awhile later that there would be no updates so we found a table in an open seating area on thepatio and decided to eat because it was getting late and cold. My guests felt better again. We got settled and RIGHT after weordered, a guy came by and turned out the fire and walked over to another table and turned out their heat lamp and cut thelights without even saying anything to anyone.... It was UNREAL. I got everyone up and re-sat them inside myself Thecauliflower risotto was pretty awful. The burgers were good, but it was just so rough and embarrassing... I really don?t trustrestaurants in hotels, but a trusted friend recommended it. Never again.

The W hotel is a wonderful experience, however the service at the living room has been awful 4/5 times we?ve been thus the 1 Star out of 5. I have had better service at McDonald?s than by these so called ?servers? who expect to be tipped simply becauseyou can afford it.
