Every dish was beautifully curated and an absolute delight to the senses. The staff were all so kind, informative, and helpful. And Chef Jeff himself came out to our table to greet us and discuss his incredible, delectable creations. We have lived in Aspen for four years and this was our first time eating at Bosq. What a treat! Everything from beginning to end was literally perfect. It is such a gift to taste goods in ways we would never have expected. My husband and I enjoyed the chefs tasting menu and we can't eat to come back. Brilliant meal!
