What an incredible evening. It was our first (hopefully of many Michelin Star dining experience and it won’t soon be forgotten. Every dish was beautifully curated and an absolute delight to the senses. The staff were all so kind, informative, and helpful. And Chef Jeff himself came out to our table to greet us and discuss his incredible, delectable creations. I’ve been telling literally everyone and anyone who will listen about how awe-inspiring time we had. Wow, wow, wow! Thank you so much, Bosq team! :

Wow is all I can say. We have lived in Aspen for four years and this was our first time eating at Bosq. What a treat! Everything from beginning to end was literally perfect. It is such a gift to taste goods in ways we would never have expected. My husband and I enjoyed the chefs tasting menu and we can't eat to come back. Brilliant meal!
