The drinks are fairly standard, and there were only four people at the bar. The bartender, who was new, didn't seem properly trained. He also removed his mask completely, which would have been acceptable if it wasn't necessary for everyone to wear one, regardless of vaccination status. However, he was very friendly, which earned an extra star in my rating. View all feedback.
If you haven't visited Marble Distilling in Carbondale, their hidden gem of a bar in the Hyatt is their second location and just as outstanding. Definitely give it a try—their offerings are fantastic.

Owned by the local Marble Distilling Company, it offers a wonderful opportunity to sample high-quality, handcrafted spirits made in Colorado. We tried various cocktails and enjoyed every single one—each was fresh and flavorful. While there isn’t a food menu yet, we were informed that appetizers will be available soon. It would be great if they could offer at least a cheese and charcuterie board to pair with the drinks. Additionally, the music could use some improvement, and a dimmer lighting option would enhance the ambiance as well. Overall, it’s a fantastic spot to enjoy top-notch cocktails at reasonable prices!
