Marble Aspen

Drinks fairly standard and four people throughout the bar. the bartender is new and did not seem trained at all. he also took out his mask completely (it would be okay with it if it was necessary that all vaccinated.) he was very nice to add a star.

We tried several cocktails, and each one was fresh and delicious. While there wasn't a formal menu, we were informed that they plan to introduce appetizers soon. It would be great to see at least a charcuterie and cheese platter available to pair with the drinks. One area for improvement is the music; it could use a refresh, and the lighting might benefit from being a bit dimmer for a more intimate vibe. Overall, it's a fantastic spot to enjoy quality cocktails at a reasonable price.

A very nice cocktail bar in the inner city of aspen, am hyatt. cozy atmosphere with couches at the kamin. the bar is located in a local distillery (marmordestilling company) a great opportunity to taste qualitatiw high quality hand in colorado spirituosen. we ordered various cocktails and loved all so fresh and tasty. there was no menu, but they told us that they will soon start to do with appetizers. it would be nice to be able to order at least one cheese and meat plate with the drinks. also the music needs improvement and the lights could be dimmer. please work on the soundtrack:)Overall a great place to win a high quality cocktail at a reasonable price?

If you haven't visited Marble Distilling in Carbondale, this hidden bar in the Hyatt is their second location and just as fantastic. Their cocktails are incredible, making it a great spot to enjoy a night out.

Excellent service! However, they could improve the ambient sound.
