The small coffee shop has the best coffee in town at the best prices. Their food is wonderful homemade quality. I love this place and will visit it every time I come to Aspen. They allowed us to film in their beautiful establishment and we appreciate it greatly. What a wonderful business with the most friendly people awesome customers and definitely the best food service and ambience in town View all feedback.
What J A doesn't like about Local Coffee House:
Shameful the owners include a 22% service charge to “support livable wages” instead of providing their employees a living wage in this very expensive place to live. Pay your employees a living wage instead of expecting customers to supplement their wages via a 22% service charge- it’s a self service coffee shop. Absolutely shameful business practice. Great food. Great coffee. The auto gratuity was the best money I’ve ever spent because of how good of a job they did. My server Brandon was amazing.Food: 5/5
Aspen's Local coffee bar is an absolute gem that offers an exceptional coffee experience. The aroma of freshly brewed beans fills the air as you enter, instantly creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The baristas here are true artisans, expertly crafting each cup with precision and care. Sipping on their rich and flavorful coffee while enjoying the warm and rustic ambiance makes for a truly delightful and memorable experience.
I 've lived in Aspen for the past four years, and Local Coffee is my go-to. I work with young children and coffee is a necessity in my routine, so I 'm here at least three times a week, if not more. You can tell they 've got it dialed- from serving high-quality coffee, to the atmosphere, every detail is accounted for and it all adds up to a wonderful experience. And perhaps most importantly, the managers (Anja and Brandon), have done an extraordinary job at building fantastic relationships with their customers. It seems like every other person who walks through the door is greeted by name, which in my opinion maintains this place 's reputation as Aspen 's true local coffee house. Could not recommend enough!
I just moved to Aspen and went to Local for the first time and couldn’t be more in love with a coffee shop!! The service was amazing, super friendly staff that make you feel comfortable and right at home. On top of that the food is delicious and the coffee is even better! Can’t wait to go back.Food: 5/5
