The food was delicious, the staff were all very kind and knowledgable, and the owner, Jill, was wonderful to meet and spot on with wine and food recommendations. We left stuffed and incredible satisfied!!

Owner is extremely knowledgeable about wines and has a collection to be envied. If you go, must try the artichoke truffle app, truly one of the best things I’ve eaten in my life. 10/10 recommend .

We have dined at Ellina in the past and the service has been much better. The restaurant was not that full, so I have no idea why the service was so bad. Food was good but appetizers are way overpriced with small portions. Main courses were good, and portions were appropriate. Disappointed that we had this poor experience at Ellina. I guess for now we will take it off our list of go to restaurants in Aspen.
