Very bad experience in every sight. given all the wonderful options in aspen with strongly recommend that an empty one of these places. we ordered main courses... read more Very bad experience in every sight. given all the wonderful options in aspen with strongly recommend that an empty one of these places. we ordered main courses and suppe for all three diners. it took a long time until the suppe came, but when it did, we didn't even bite three when another waiter brought out all our main courses while we still had full suppen dishes before us. I mention that the timing with the distance could be better and there was no excuse. there was no offer to take the main courses away and to bring them back later, only dazzling looks of confusion. my main course was of different temperatures with a part of the sweet, still cold, and the meat lukewarm, so none of it was tasty. Finally, $230 is overpriced for three bowls suppe and three marginal main courses, also for aspen. ajax tavern is a much better choice, such as kenichi, matsuhisa, cache cache, etc.

Our server was wo... read more The poke bowl was exceptional, and the stuffed chicken was fantastic. If you enjoy a bit of heat in your meals, I highly recommend 39 Degrees. Our server was wonderful and very attentive—definitely deserving of five stars! This place is one of our favorites in Aspen!
