I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. The waiter was extremely attentive, and the food was outstanding.
The poke bowl was exceptional, and the stuffed chicken was fantastic. If you enjoy a bit of heat in your meals, I highly recommend 39 Degrees. Our server was wonderful and very attentive—definitely deserving of five stars! This place is one of our favorites in Aspen!
Hard to understand waiter. Very limited menu. One dish with meat was labeled vegetarian. And some dishes that were vegetarian were not labeled as so. We pointed this out to the waiter who said it was a new menu and he guessed there were mistakes.
Nice and testy
Chef Torres took the time to come out and speak on the special plate menu and it was overall a lovely experience. Would absolutely recommend. I will certainly look for more special menus by him.
