Great Chik Fil A service, very friendly, hot food and quick ride through. Will definitely be back when using the highway.

Every time I stopped at this point during the trip, I always had a great service. But yesterday when I was there, an employee went beyond my expectations. I'm a new mother and that was the first time in a trip with my baby son and my husband couldn't make it. I had ordered my food and was at the booth when Rita spoke to me. We'll chat for a few minutes while he ate how my food was sitting there and getting cold. She told me as soon as he was done to let her know and she'd get me some hot stuff. When he finished, I started eating and Rita came to me with fresh pumice. I never expected it from her, but I was deeply touched by her kindness. Forward, this will always be a stop on my way to and from NOVA.

Clean restaurant. Well prepared food. Completely mess with our order. We received a confirmation from the off-site coordinator for group sales however, when we got into the restaurant the manager on site waived any knowledge of our order and then another assistant manager said that he saw it, but was not sure why our order was not prepared. We had to wait while our orders were cooked. Except for luck.

We just went through the drive through because I was craving a frosted strawberry lemonade. For some reason they were very slow which is not typical for any Chick fil A. Could be due to staffing shortages so many restaurants are facing. People very friendly as usual!
