If you're okay with spending $25-$30 to fill up on tacos, this might be the best option in Ashland. However, I’d recommend making the trip to Medford instead.

As tourists from... read more Nearly six months have passed, and my friends and I still reminisce about the incredible tacos and exceptional service we experienced at Agave. As tourists from Canada, we were treated with such kindness and warmth by the staff. Tony, in particular, always took the time to greet us with a smile! After enjoying lunch one day, we couldn't resist returning for both lunch and dinner the following day. After three meals at Agave, I can confidently say that no tacos back in British Columbia can compare. Thank you to the wonderful staff, and a special thanks to Tony. We hope to return to Oregon one day, as we truly miss your fantastic hospitality and delicious food!

The place wasn't very crowded, with only one other group present, so I was served quickly. They offer an extensive menu of traditional Mexican dishes. The ambiance is pleasant, featuring nice paintings throughout the interior. It's conveniently located in the city center and has ample parking available.

It’s always pretty quiet when we go which can be nice if you don’t want to go somewhere loud and busy. Chips are on point, guacamole is great. Good choice of vegan and vegetarian on the menu and we are always happy with our choices. Sure it’s more expensive than a food truck but the margaritas are good ? and it’s downtown Ashland, rent is expensive and food tax sucks. Vegetarian options: Tamales, tacos, and more
