Absolutely outstanding in every aspect. The staff is incredibly accommodating, and the service is exceptional. The atmosphere is lovely, although it tends to appeal more to an older demographic. It may not cater to the younger crowd, but it is still truly beautiful. View all feedback.

We had a very disappointing meal at Larks Restaurant this past Saturday evening at a high price. The yellow curry was inedible due to being too spicy and generally not good. (I usually love yellow curry) . My husband's tagiliatelle was also not good. We both left half of our meal. My brother did like his meatloaf. The dessert of creme brulee was the size of a silver dollar tiny bowl for $11 I think. We were looking f... View all feedback.
To start I had a cosmo and he had a double Tito’s cranberry. Cosmo was not a normal cosmo but not bad. Switched to a glass of the insider Cabernet from Napa which was Eloquent and had a Carmel finish. The appetizers we got were the cheese board with two orders of regular ciabatta bread and one order of gluten free bread. We thought the tomato paste was going to have a tomatoes flavor but very much like mustard it was amazing!!! Also the Oregon salad with hazelnuts and cranberries. We split the salad it was perfect. LOVED all the above and finished everything! He got the meatloaf and instead of carrots subbed rice and I got the tiki Marsala. Everything was excellent and I was stuffed ! We finished with the flourless chocolate torte (gluten free) excellent and rich and an amazing cranberry finish with the ginger ice cream was delicious. He got the old fashion sundae and it looked amazing
Thanksgiving dinner disappointment. For the last 5 to 6 years we have had our Christmas dinners at Larks. We’ve also had several Thanksgiving dinners there during that time. Each meal was well prepared and included very good service. This year the meal was a different story. The advertised oven roasted turkey turned out to be processed turkey loaf. The salad was good but over dressed. Our deep fried squash rings were over cooked, mostly breading with small bits of squash inside. The turkey dressing had very little flavor and the desserts were mediocre with crust so tough it had to be cut with a knife. This was more like cafeteria food than an upper end restaurant. Excluding drinks and the 20% gratuity the cost was 64.00 each for the 4 adults and 40.00 for a ten year old child. We were even charged 6.00 for an extra basket of bread with 4 slices! The service was very good, one of the few bright spots. Larks You need to do better to expect our business again. We may look elsewhere for our Christmas dinner this year.
Fantastic dinner here! Let the fried chicken you will not be disappointed. To dessert we had the cream broth and buttercake. It was all top notch!
Loved the burger. Wife had the Meatloaf, and it was wonderful as well. I had the chocolate cake with the salted lavender ice cream. I wish they would do a dessert that was just 3 or 4 scoops of the salted lavender ice cream with a dollop of the huckleberry nestled in the middle.
Pretty room and a more formal dining spot than usual for laidback Ashland. Good food, complex, vaguely French and New American menu with a lot of entrees with a lot of sauces. Very tasty array of greens, cheese, veggies and meats from local farms. Great service, good for date night. Yes to outdoors dining but sidewalk tables outside seemed noisy.
