Came in to get a stand mixer repaired and after several months was forced to pick it up due to a lack of parts. Wanted to purchase a refurbished deli slicer, however the staff never returned calls to indicate when one would be available. View all feedback.
I have started calling them for my commercial dishwasher trouble. Good pricing, service and knowledge of what they are about.

I had some older equipment that was giving me issues and brought it down in hopes it was able to be fixed bc another company in town told me it needed to all be replaced. The guys at Rathburn fixed 3 fryers and a flattop broiler combo for just 3 hours' labor. They also let me know the root cause of the problem and suggested a solution down the road. These guys are great!!!
