Panera Bread - Asheville

I'm not trying to be karen, but I had a terrible experience here. first I went to the bathroom and there was pee on the toilet seats. then I ordered a chicken sandwich and mac and cheese. my hunch in sandwich was raw and the Mac cheese was half hard. at the moment I feel very sick from the huh.

I suppose it was fine. They informed customers that they could not place orders using a kiosk. I ordered a bowl of French onion soup and was disappointed to find that it came in a container that was small for a to-go order.

I ordered a small bagel with cream cheese while waiting for my friend, who placed their order online 20 minutes before we arrived. The waitress was rude and informed me that it was not ready yet. My order ended up being prepared after all the customers who came in after me. By the time I finally received my bagel, it was cold. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

The staff at this restaurant may be understaffed, but they are doing their best. The food is delicious, but the wait times can be long. They don't rush the dining experience, so customers with an impatient attitude may be disappointed. Taking pictures of the staff without permission is rude and illegal. It's important to remember that we are all human and not perfect beings. A 15-minute wait is reasonable, but waiting 30 minutes can be challenging.

Yesterday my drive through order was filled incorrectly. I noticed order was wrong when I got home. I called back and spoke with Max. He was so professional and kind. He told me to come back at my convenience and he would make it right. I returned today. He had my order made perfectly and gave me a complimentary dessert and drink. All with a smile. Thanks Max and Panera bread.
