The food was quite good. My pollen champenzo dish came with carrots, cauliflower, zucchini, and squash, which I thought was a nice touch. My friend ordered a salad, and they presented it in a large bowl, adding the chicken in a delightful way that was quite impressive. View all feedback.

We decided to get Mexican food for dinner (at the last moment). El Paraíso was highly rated and we decided to take a chance. The restaurant is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, the food is fantastic. Give it a try or add El Paraíso to your normal rotation.
If you're searching for the best Mexican food in Asheville, look no further. I've sampled cuisine from several cities, but I always come back here. The food is outstanding, and the service is excellent. Try anything on the menu, and you won't be disappointed! Just a heads up about the habanero salsa—it's packed with flavor and has quite a kick. It's my favorite!
The food was good, but it felt like something I could find at other places, such as El Chapala. I ordered the huevos con chorizo along with a horchata. The eggs were tasty, but everything else, like the beans and rice, was just average. The horchata was huge!
