Ordinarily we, as the happy couple, might have a hard time actually speaking to the quality of the food and service, but thanks to Caroline and her superb staff we can say with confidence that you will be thrilled with your choice to book!Multiple guests commented glowingly on the pork tenderloin and chicken dishes we offered, as well as the various hors d'oeuvres we planned with her. Prior to the big day, she was extremely professional and helpful in crafting our vision for bites that would entice and energize our guests.And, while we were expectedly busy during the day's festivities, Caroline made sure we had multiple chances to eat, including having food plated and ready for us when we got a breather at our sweetheart table.Consider Caroline a veteran of catering who will deliver on flavor and service without question!

They were so amazing! Our wedding had a lot of different dietary needs and Caroline went above and beyond for all of my family and friends needs the food was a hit and people talked about the salmon for a week after! They were all so hard working and so wonderful, can’t go wrong!

Amazing caterer! The food they did for our wedding was delicious and fresh! She even recommended certain foods based on what would be in season around the time of our wedding during the planning process. Extremely responsive and polite. They also did our wedding cake and it was so impressive. I absolutely recommended Caroline Allured!

Caroline Allured absolutely nailed our wedding food service. From the delicious appetizers to the lovely entrées, everything was perfect. My husband has a severe dairy allergy and Caroline went out of her way to create a perfect and safe menu for him. The servers at our wedding did an incredible job, and every single aspect of the food service was immaculate. We were especially thankful for the chance to set up a tasting and adjust food to meet our preferences even more. Thank you so much!

Caroline was fantastic to work with and our wedding catering was absolutely perfect. My husband and I have been to a lot of weddings, we haven't really been impressed with any of the catering, and honestly didn't have very high expectations for ours (we've both served at weddings before and understand just how difficult it is to keep foods hot and tasting the way they're supposed to throughout the night), and Caroline completely blew us away. She even made a last-minute addition to our menu when we realized our wedding was on round 3 of The Masters and let us add on pimiento cheese sandwiches. My husband hates pimiento cheese and chicken salad... he loved Caroline's). Like so many couples, we didn't get to eat much, but on the advice of our friends we provided to-go containers, and when we got back to our hotel, we had stacks of them waiting for us. We ate the most awesome pasta salad and beautiful fruit on the floor of our hotel room. We'll never forget it. Thank you SO MUCH Caroline!
