At least it came warm but that's only good thing. Especially forthe price I paid.

Issue they got the order wrong and for carry out were missing some items and didn?t let us know until we arrived. 2. Issue is the food quality. The wings and sauce are awful. Night and day differencebetween Purcellville. The sauce is basically just watered down butter and the wings are over fried. Hard to eat.

I had these wings many times before at the Sterling location, and they were perfect--crispy skin on outside and juicy and tender on inside. I was toohungry to drive all the way back, and it probably wouldn't have helped. They apparently have not made any effort to fix theproblem at this new location, and I will not be getting wings there again!

This was a carry out order and we called to notify the incident and complain. They tried to explainthat they use a darker oil, so food will look darker, but they offer to make a redund. Just checked my account to find out thatwe only got a partial refund for food that you couldn't eat. Done waste your money!!!!

Never offered to make it up to us, just gave us an extra order of wings despite having to drive back there.Didn't seem to care. The food is actually great, but the service isn't worth the hassle. Go somewhere else.
