I had these wings many times before at the Sterling location, and they were perfect--crispy skin on outside and juicy and tender on inside. I was too hungry to drive all the way back, and it probably wouldn't have helped. They apparently have not made any effort to fix the problem at this new location, and I will not be getting wings there again!

Worst decision ever. Food was totally burned to a point that cannot be eaten by how bad tasted the burn food. SEE THE PICTURES. This was a carry out order and we called to notify the incident and complain. They tried to explain that they use a darker oil, so food will look darker, but they offer to make a redund. Just checked my account to find out that we only got a partial refund for food that you couldn't eat. Done waste your money!!!!

Chicken on my sandwich tasted like a briefly heated frozen chicken breast. Wing sauce was good, but the wings themselves seemed low quality.

At least it came warm but that's only good thing. Especially forthe price I paid.

Issue they got the order wrong and for carry out were missing some items and didn?t let us know until we arrived. 2. Issue is the food quality. The wings and sauce are awful. Night and day differencebetween Purcellville. The sauce is basically just watered down butter and the wings are over fried. Hard to eat.
