Feedback
I really wanted to enjoy my visit, but sadly everything about Lost Rhino is mediocre. The food, the beer, the atmosphere, the service, it's all simply average.
Had lunch at lost Rhino Retreat and the service was okay the poor bartender was struggling because he was the only one there helping the guest and table in the dinning room . The chef had to come out and take orders and deliver food! I give them three stars because they where as good a they could be. Now on to the food presentation was good but the taste was okay nothing really special. The ahí tuna tacos just showcased the tuna not to much flavor . Just imagine if the food was a little better you could be so much more busy . Also please help out your staff and hire more people!
We were really looking forward to drinking few beers and having a nice dinner with few friends on Saturday night. Things started out ok with server taking the order but not writing anything. We got the drinks order in time but that was the highlight of the evening. My friend never got his soup and I didn't get the hot sauce (I asked twice). She wasn't sure what hot sauce they had and never came with an answer. We even had to ask for silverware, napkins, and water. I always make a point to give the feedback to the manager but it seems like he made a point to avoid our table. We saw him taking to few table around us but he avoided our table like we had some bad disease. It was a good thing that we weren't charged for the soup otherwise that would have been the last straw. It felt like they really don't really train their employees on the basic of running a restaurant. I am finally done with this place and it is sad since I really love their beer. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT JUST A BEER.
I went to this restaurant to try out their rumored pinball machines and I was pleased by the variety of games they had. However, I was a little disappointed by the price of playing them. I ordered The Rachel sandwich and a Rye IPA, both of which were served promptly and prepared well. The IPA was delicious. I arrived right when they opened and the restaurant was empty, but it quickly filled up to about 1/4 capacity within an hour. It was clear that it would be a popular spot later on that Saturday.
I stumbled upon this brewery while in the area, with no other dining options nearby. I was initially skeptical about getting food from a brewery, but decided to order wings and a soda. I only took photos of my meal to show a friend, but was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the food actually was. The wings were particularly good. Well done, Lost Rhino! I will definitely be returning and have already recommended this place to others. #inlovelysopinion
