Ginza Japanese - Feedback

What Jessica Henson doesn't like about Ginza Japanese:
I?m a regular at Ginza, I place $100 orders weekly with this place for my office. I ordered a role of sushi that tasted way too fishy for my likeing and immediately called to get a replacement. The manager hung up on me after saying that it was fresh. I was completely shocked because I wasn?t arguing or being difficult. All I wanted was a new role. I have lived in this area for over a year now, and Ginza is always my go to sushi place! The food here is delicious. Whether you are picking up to go, or sitting down and eating, you can expect great service and tasty food. I?ve had a variety of different food on the menu and I?ve never had any issues.
