What Jeff Wilson doesn't like about Starbucks:
Horrible design that outcasts customers that do not have the application and are unable to use the drive-thru. The location does not provide you with the ability of ordering inside, it is drive through and mobile order only. I should not be forced to use the application to be a customer. Stopped in quickly and the place was full of people. I thought it was going to be a chaotic nightmare. I ran to the restroom to wash my hands first and by the time I came out, the place had cleared out. I walked up to the counter and placed my order.
