Staff went out of their way to assist us in getting into Bordeaux centre by giving us lifts to the nearest tram stop, which was a bus ride away. Small hotel on the highway, noisy even at night. The rooms have air conditioning. The beds are firm enough. Meals were correct whatever restricted in choice, fries every night or meat... Let's go fast. The reception was correct, the service after not very pleasant. The evening waiter at the table was very good, smiling and pleasant. In short, last resort is not bad for a 2-star.
