salitrese is located in the caleta, adeje coast, and specializes in fish, rice and seafood. We took advantage to try the pampano, a typical fish of canaries that we did not know, and we loved it. super juicy and tasty. best: •Living salmon with little rooster and orange teriyaki. •Pampano. • Brunette and potato chips. •Coated cheese cake with guava sauce. •An oven with bourbon vanilla ice cream. What Anonym dislikes about Salitre:
one of lime and one of sand. the salmon strip was very good with that reduction of teriyaki and orange, however, the rice was not expected, does not honor its name, umami meloso. taste was normal, nothing special beyond its green color. On the other hand, the stutter shrimps on top could have cleaned their guts. I don't think that that rice casserole for two people is worth what it's worth. Also say that the wets and... Well they say location location location and Salitre has that in abundance....and something else intangible. The tangible is the amazing views and the food is amazing. Whilst the menu isn't huge which is good because that ensures quality and I can say that the Prawns with Garlic and their Rice (Dry-very similar to regular Paella) dish was sublime. Leo and his team were inviting friendly and efficient which is the intangible and I highly recommend coming here.
Wonderful restaurant! You cannot even know what to order first, the dishes are all amazing. The staff is very welcoming and warm. We will come back soon!
The food is ABSOLUTELY and COMPLETELY amazing. Incredible experience, the waiters are recommending what you should eat and you should follow their advice, as they know. If I could give 10 out of 5, I would 100
