We ate at Torque last night fabulous and only 20 euro more and at Vueja the night before 20 euro less and a lovely meal . Why a restaurant by the coast can not serve fresh fish I have no idea . The price does not always reflect a good meal . In this instance the price does not reflect a good meal . Such a shame they obviously work hard just get the produce better . We made a reservation and asked to eat inside, we started with some starters (I leave a photo), some scallops, the salitre tartare which is salmon and tuna with passion fruit ice cream that gives it an incredible touch and luckily that day there was tuna tataki with tuna on the menu. Teriyaki like lime or orange that was spectacular!! The starters were good but we decided to try the umami rice which was another surprise!!! In all this, to highlight the attention that was very professional and close at the same time!!! We couldn't ask for more!!! Thank you once again Salitre!! Poetry! Between the initial Salitre tartare, the Mero alla Brasa and the chocolate cuilant... A marvel! I recommend both lunch and dinner, let yourself be pampered by this fantastic team in the room, don't worry, just enjoy the moment!
