Eventually got to stop and try it. I was surprised to see breaded cod on offer so I ordered that. I think fish is the test of a chippy. At £7.40 that's a tad dear. After about 12 minutes I called back to collect it. That's normal for fish cooking time. The package felt very light. And the packaging is very inadequate. Two small trays one top and one bottom meant the fish was broken in 3 pieces when opened. Fish is best served in a special longer box. I got 2 only chips with it,so miserable. But I was surprised how fresh and light the cod was and the bread crumbs made for a really nice snack. The fish in 3 pieces was a medium but adequate size. Honestly, the food was not great. I asked for cod goujons and the batter was soft and squishy and peeled off the fish easily, it tasted nothing like fish, everything was stuck together inside of the bag. It’s ridiculous i had to pay £15 for such poor food and service. I don't recommend if there was an option for 0 stars i would select that Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20
