What User likes about Sugar Factory Pentagon Mall:
Dinner was amazing. We had the salmon salad, fettuccine alfredo and cheesecake. The food far exceeded our expectations everything was delicious! Our server was friendly and attentive. The vibe of the restaurant is young and hip, there’s a big screen TV on the wall looping scenes of celebrities at Sugar Factory restaurants around the country and club music playing overhead. Service was poor! Waiters had us clean our own tables; supplied the roll of paper towels, but did not clean it. Waiters kept changing; food and drinks took a long time to come out. Terrible customer service View all feedback.

This restaurant is perfect for birthdays. The server could have done a better job of cleaning our table, but the overall ambiance was spot on.
