We just ordered lunch for 8 and everyone loved it. The Korean fried chicken (soy garlic) was excellent, better than K-Bbq chicken in Allston! We do not have to go all the way to Bonchon anymore. Food is good, convenient because is close to my house. But all the time I order something from there they take a life to be ready, most part of the time they mistake your food for simply don’t read the clients notes or don’t pay attention in the details. The front desk was clearly passing the delivery apps ordens first. Completely waist or time!!!
It is 12/4 7:30 pm … the customer service, the front desk lady should be fired. Rude. Keeps bullish@tying the time . 10 people are here waiting for orders and the audacity to give us attitude when we were just following her timing. Truly done going here..

ACTUAL ROTTEN FOOD, potential food poisoning. I ordered takeout from this place on 11/04/23. When I arrived home, I discovered that all of the rolls that included avocado were filled with rotten avocado. Not oxidized avocado, actual rotten avocado. There was also off-color salmon in a few of the rolls and the escolar was slimy.As soon as we ate a roll both myself and my wife noticed that it tasted rotten and then we saw that all of the avocado was black in color. We are now both feeling ill and crossing our fingers that it doesn't get worse, especially considering they serve raw fish.I contacted the restaurant and they at first apologized and said the avocado shipment was rotten and that they would refund us the money. I pointed out that they didn't need to serve the avocado if it was rotten and they said a manager would call in a few minutes to process the refund.After 10 minutes, then 20 minutes, then 30 minutes, then 1 hour, and now 2 hours, it seems that they no longer care. I've called several times asking when the manager would call. The last two times the woman who answers the phone simply hung up on me. It seems they are not concerned with serving customers rotten food. They certainly don't seem concerned with processing the refund or calling us back. If this is the care they take with their avocados, I can only imagine the state of the rest of the kitchen.As there has been no response from the restaurant, it seems my only resolution in this case is to contact the DOH and report them. I've included a photo of the rotten avocado for anyone who wishes to see it (it's not even the worst photo). Obviously, I wouldn't recommend eating here, the food safety standards are disturbing and the customer service is atrocious. I'm just hoping I don't end up in the hospital with food poisoning.UPDATE: No response from the restaurant via email, phone or social media. They have not returned any the funds despite acknowledging that the food was rotten and now they simply hang up when we call. Incredibly awful service, we both felt ill afterwards. Clearly, they don't care about the health or safety of their customers. Eat here at your own peril.
We regularly ordered from this location but service and quality have decreased to unacceptable levels. They are understaffed for the amount of orders they are accepting and do not communicate. The last straw was on Friday when we ordered through their website, more than an hour ahead for pickup at 715. When I arrived I left my kids in the car and went in to get the food. The front person was new and needed help from another worker to find my order. Then they said the order hadn't printed and would be out as soon as they could make it. I had to wait over 30 minutes before my food came out, and I wasn't the only one. 4 delivery drivers were also waiting even longer than I was, all while they kept accepting orders. When I finally got my food my kids were starving and eager to get home. I should have checked the bag in the store because of course they forgot half the sushi we ordered!I called back immediately to let them know and was put on hold. Then the front person told me I should ask for a refund through the company I ordered from. I told her I ordered directly from you! Then she said the only way to get a refund was to have the manager call me so I left my number. 4 days later and no call, no refund. I'm never dealing with these frauds again, and recommend avoiding this business until they figure out how to train staff appropriately.
