Unfortunately, the lack of ambiance, shabby interior, and messy courtyard really brought down the overall experience. When we arrived, we were greeted by the owner who was able to accommodate us, as we were the only diners there. The cutlery was mismatched, the restaurant was cold, and the decor was outdated. The courtyard outside was disorganized, with broken furniture and leaves scattered everywhere. Despite these drawbacks, the service was outstanding, the food was cooked perfectly, and the wine selection was good. The price was also reasonable, as we paid £59 for a 2-course meal for 2 people. After we finished our meal, the ovens were turned off and the restaurant closed.
