Met with friendly smile when we entered and the taste of Duncan's home-made gin they could not have been more welcoming. We chatted with the host and then before we knew it the food arrived. I ordered the steak, my girlfriend the catch of the day, the vegetarian option and pizza was also ordered. All of it was spectacular. I would have expected the same from a city centre top restaurant and here I was surprised at the quality being offered here. We finished off with a magnificent cheese board and a stunning blue cheese was the star. My first trip to Tiree was probably the first of many and some of that was absolutely down to Ceabhar
