We were in campbeltown 3 nights and ate each night at another place. this was the most disappointing of the 3, though the cheapest. the restaurant was almost em... read more We were in campbeltown 3 nights and ate each night at another place. this was the most disappointing of the 3, though the cheapest. the restaurant was almost empty from dinner and staff and there was a total lack of atmosphere. that was eating. proper there was a bad selection of local whiskys to round off the meal.

The room looked clean but was ver... read more Had a one night stay and first impressions were fine. Booked in the room and had a lovely meal (stake pie no complaints there. The room looked clean but was very out dated the bed was clean but the bed it's self was worn...out and like a old brick The only temp that was in the shower was Naplam it was that hot. I asked the girl on the desk when breckfast was and she wasent sure, but said 7am till 10am I Went for breckfast at 09.30 and yes it had closed!. The girl on the desk did offer me toast and coffee but the money that was paid it should be a better more informative service. No hotel pack in room as well that would have helped big time..
