It's the only... read more The Log House Restaurant is a local spot serving breakfast and lunch, and it's open for dinner on Fridays, which is when I've always dined there. It's the only restaurant in the area that offers a top-notch rib that surpasses most others, and it's reasonably priced. I used to enjoy their soup and salad bar, which unfortunately was taken away due to Covid-19. Their green beans with almonds are fresh and flavorful, and I love their house potatoes topped with sour cream, onions, and cheese. Their butterscotch pie is the best, hands down, and the peanut butter pie is a fantastic alternative when they don't have the butterscotch available.

They make their own sausage, which makes their biscuits and gravy truly delicious! The owner even took the time to visit our table and say hello! The restrooms were impressively clean too. This is definitely a place you won't want to miss!
