The Log House Restaurant is a local spot serving breakfast and lunch, and it's open for dinner on Fridays, which is when I've always dined there. It's the only restaurant in the area that offers a top-notch rib that surpasses most others, and it's reasonably priced. I used to enjoy their soup and salad bar, which unfortunately was taken away due to Covid-19. Their green beans with almonds are fresh and flavorful, and I love their house potatoes topped with sour cream, onions, and cheese. Their butterscotch pie is the best, hands down, and the peanut butter pie is a fantastic alternative when they don't have the butterscotch available.
