We passed this place the afternoon after we had eaten in propolis. they looked at their menu and the prices seem reasonable, so we thought to visit the place to... read more We passed this place the afternoon after we had eaten in propolis. they looked at their menu and the prices seem reasonable, so we thought to visit the place to dinner. we are happy to have found this place. it is located next to prego cafe snack, along the same row where the ktel bus ticket office is located. during the time we were there (between 7pm to 8pm), our were the only table occupied. we ordered a fish soup, carrots and pork soup with pita. the suppe was so comforting to drink in the cold, the carving and souvlaki were also very delicious. the black in souvlaki was so juicy. the total invoice was 16 euro. we have another day in nafplio, will probably visit madrigali again for another meal. highly recommended.

I ate two bites of gyros and French fries and it had a horrible taste, so I didn't ate the rest. Thank God for that, because I got a bellyache after that and almost puked. Not recommended.

We are glad we didn’t stop to the waterfront restaurants. Madrigali was my third attempt to find the local food where locals eat. The business owners were so kind and accommodated our tight tourist schedule as we were in rush to go back to the tour bus. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
