I went there for only fried ice cream here like 5 times and always impress me with the wonderful taste of the crisp fried part and also... the oce cream is not melted but stiff and fresh. Only ate ice cream but gotta try more. Fried ice cream for 7$ is a worthy deal for this one. View all feedback.
What Jonathan B doesn't like about Umami Sushi:
If you are going through hell, keep going , said Winston Churchill who (fortunately) never experienced eating sushi at this joint. My wife and I got through 4 pieces and a chewy miso soup (yes, you read that right) before realizing that this gustatory hell had no end in sight. Shockingly low quality, discolored, visibly poorly cut fish. If I just paid $120 for the pleasure of not getting food poisoning I 'll be happy... View all feedback.

Phenomenal sushi experience at the sushi bar with the chef. Each piece was expertly prepared with unique flavors. Truly authentic and high end- better than any other place I’ve tried in Westchester. They have a great sake list with many great ones also offered by the glass. Eager to return! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Recommended dishes: Omakase
The best restaurant ever and everyone give you feel like friends. Always give the best service when I come here every time . Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100
Part of me wants to keep this hidden gem all to myself, but the other part knows that when you encounter something really special, you have to share it. Umami Sushi is incredibly unassuming but the food and service is top notch. We love coming here with- and without- our kids, and can confidently say it’s one of the best Omakase experiences we’ve ever had. I promise you won’t be disappointed! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $100+
First off, this is one of the Best Sushi experiences that I have had. The Omakase option is a must try. The artfulness, creativity and choice ingredients are extremely satisfying. Each piece is made with so much care and leaves you in a state of almost meditation, as you take in the experience. Chef Evan Lin is also one of the most personable people I have ever had serve me in that capacity. He is genuine and really takes his time to make sure you are having an experience worthy of praise. The vibe is very chill and low key making for a more intimate experience. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Omakase
