I've been looking for an authentic Japanese restaurant in Westchester. Sazan is it. The cha-soba noodles in their Ten Zaru had just the right chewiness and a mild, pleasant flavor. The ebi-ten tasted like shrimp. I look forward to going back and exploring the rest of their menu. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Real authentic Japanese. Exquisite and delicate flavors that challenge any outstanding sushi or udon I’ve had in the city. Our family’s absolute favorite in Westchester county. We have enjoyed the Omakase more than once on special occasions and it is AMAZING.
