I?ve been coming to this Carvel for over 50 years and it has gone downhill dramatically. It?s a shame because it?s a half a mile from where Tom Carvellived.

This is one of the best Carvels I've been to. If you ever went to this location before it was taken over by new owners, you might never go back. The old store h... read more This is one of the best Carvels I've been to. If you ever went to this location before it was taken over by new owners, you might never go back. The old store had a leaking ceiling and was not particularly clean. It also shared space with Subway. Notthe new Carvel. It's sparkling, clean, and very well staffed. It's family owned and you will often see family members workingthere alongside their employees. I highly recommend that you give them a try.

We came in at 9pm , no one was inside an... read more Whoever your staff person was on Nov 5 at 9:20pm needs to get checked or have someone else to join them on their shift. We came in at 9pm , no one was inside and weren?t even greeted until a few minutes later. The guy came out from the back room and lookedout of it. He asked what we wanted and told him two shakes. He went to the side to grab gloves and while doing so was slowlydrooping onto the counter. We had to repeat our order because he forgot in a matter of seconds and when he did start mixing ourshake, he was drooping over the mixer! His eyes were so low, he was mumbling his words and wasn?t here at all. Honestly it wasembarrassing to even order with him. I love carvel but this location needs to check their staff.

I've been longing for vegan pistachio ice cream for decades since it was my favorite as a kid, and now they have it! **Dietary restrictions:** They now offer vegan options that taste incredible. **Parking:** There's parking available along the side and additional spots in the back. **Kid-friendliness:** If an ice cream shop isn't kid-friendly, they're doing it wrong. **Wheelchair accessibility:** Both the parking and entrances are accessible for wheelchairs.

The staff here are incredibly friendly, fun, and always provide top-notch service without any hint of rudeness. The establishment is consistently clean, and my orders are always accurate and reliable. What really impressed me was when my Uber Eats order got messed up; the team offered to personally deliver my order to me during a storm with rain and wind. The level of customer service and care I've experienced here is unparalleled. Thank you, Ardsley Carvel! Lots of love!
