The staff could improve their attitude towards customers at times, as they can come across as indifferent. The atmosphere is usually calm and the restaurant is well-spaced, avoiding a cramped feeling. However, I have heard recent reports of food being overcooked or undercooked since the pandemic, with complaints of re-used or overcooked rice. In my personal experience, I haven't had any issues with the food, but I acknowledge these concerns and hope the restaurant has made improvements since then.

The restaurant didnt process my order, and it took me ringing to see what was wrong for the food to be cooked, it took 2 and a half hours for the food to arrive. And when it did it was only lukewarm. This was a total shame, as the spicing and flavour was quite good. But overall very let down by the service.
