We had booked an Christmas Dinner here this month for a large party, as the night went on a drink was brought to the table that had floaters through the drink,... read more We had booked an Christmas Dinner here this month for a large party, as the night went on a drink was brought to the table that had floaters through the drink, we asked for a new drink and the owner who was very aggressive shouting...and cursing said that we mixed it, which lead to an argument. Anyways long story short the abuse that was handed out by the owner was disgusting and when I phoned the next day to straighten out what happened I was told by the manager that I was lieing! After spending nearly in the place I will not be back and I to the owners thank you for the abusive conversation, all was needed was an apology but sadly no costumer service was provided. reading through the reviews I can see that costumer service is not the heart of this establishment. Will not be back. Here is a few pictures of the drink which was supposed be jagermeifter with is ice.
